Five Easy Steps

One

Inquiry, Confirm date, Book consultation. Tell us about your big day by filling out our quote questionnaire: click here: We will check out all your details, confirm that your date is available and schedule a complimentary consultation.

Step
Two

Receive a custom personalized, itemized quote. Including services such as, set up, restaging from ceremony to reception, breakdown & late night pick up of all rental items. We will also handle donations of left over florals to our local nursing homes.

Three

Secure & book your date with us. BY submitting a $500 deposit which goes towards the end balance and signing our contract, know that your special day is securely in our trusted, professional hands. You may still schedule complimentary phone consults to go over changes and adjustments as they arise from the time of booking as the date approaches.

Four

Finalize your floral order about 3 to 4 weeks before the special day. After any adjustments, we will send you a link to make final payments. All delivery, times and details will be outlined catering to your specific venue’s guidelines.

Five

Wedding Day!! We will arrive at your venue 2 to 3 hours before your guest arrival, according to your specific venue’s guidelines. We first bring in your personal flowers, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages etc. Then we set up all ceremony décor, and then the reception décor. We return after the ceremony to move and restage any décor repurposed from the ceremony to the reception locations. At the end of your reception, we will return for all rental items. All florals are you to keep, but should it be needed, we will arrange donations of left over florals to our local nursing homes.

Asked Questions

We do have a minimum of $500 for any order. A $1,000 minimum for Sunday, Monday & Tuesday weddings or events. A $2000 minimum for events held at venues 30 minutes from St. Augustine. A $3000 minimum for venues an hour from downtown St. Augustine.

A non- refundable deposit of $500 & signed contract is required to secure our services for a requested date. This deposit is applied to the balance of the invoice.

Yes, we have many specialty vases for floral centerpieces, Arches for ceremony florals, urns, lanterns, votive, pillar, floating & taper candle holders.

Yes, all delivery, set up, restaging between ceremony & reception, late night breakdown will be included in your custom quote.

Yes, changes can be made to your floral quote/ order as much as needed, until 3 weeks before the wedding when we ask for all to be confirmed and paid in full.

No we do not have a credit card fee. You can pay using our online system with any credit card or ACH with no charges.
